The ‘more the better’ philosophy works well with most Indians and that transcends in movies too. Cinema goers love to see a number of actors in a movie. Keeping this in mind one can expect the soon to be released Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara to be a huge success. But again, movies with an ensemble cast have met with disastrous results in the past.

What makes Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara a highly anticipated release is the presence of a strong star cast. Directed by the talented Zoya Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, Zindagi Na Milegi has a mega star cast that consists of Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Abhay Doel and Kalki Koechlin. With names like these it doesn’t come as a surprise why everyone is eagerly awaiting the release of this movie.
Even though Katrina Kaif hasn’t made significant progress with her acting abilities, it doesn’t really matter to her drooling male fans. With Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa the popular trio handling the music one can expect it be peppy and refreshing, considering their past record. The film is about a strong bond of friendship. This movie is expected to go down well with youth as it captures everything you encounter in life. There’s roadtrips, color, mischief, picturesque locations and different personalities among a group of friends.
The screenplay is a joint effort by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. The editing department is being looked after by Chandan Arora, and cinematography by Carlos Catalan. Talented Vaibhavi Merchant is in charge of choreography. The incredible Javed Akhtar is the lyricist. Like movies in the past this one too boasts of scenic locations abroad. This movie has songs, romance, drama, and a slice of life. Will that be enough for movie buffs? Time will tell.
