Salman khan has made his return to the forefront of Bollywood with the release of his film wanted with has superb direction by the famous dancer Prabu Deva. Basically a remake of the south Indian film Pokkiri this film has its scenes morphed to make it pleasing to the present day audiences.
The story line of the movie is basically similar to that of the movies that were set in the early 80’s and 90’s where in the lead hero walks into a fight and emerges unscathed after bashing to smithereens about 20-30 goons.
The story revolves around the plot which is of the type that is bent on removing crime from the streets of Mumbai.
Mahesh Manjrekar and Prakash Raj have done a stunning job in the movie and their very presence along with that of Salman has made this movie rise above the rest of the films.
Just for the fact for those who think Salman can’t act please watch ‘Wanted’. The intimate love scenes between Ayesha Takia and Salman are superb and provide viewers with laughing moments that are needed. Actions scenes as well as the overall scene setup with all the nuances and finer points makes this a film that has surely captured the box office by its overall appearance and not due to the presence of only the big man Salman…( though the latter could be true).
