My Name Is Khan: Review

The most awaited film is the Shahrukh Khan starrer this year, My Name is Khan, which is realising worldwide next Friday. This movie had been in the news for quite some time now and people are mostly waiting to see their favourite pair on screen, SRK and Kajol who will be acting together in a movie after a very long time now after been last paired together in kabhi khushi kabhi gum. This big banner film is directed by best of Shahrukh’s buddy and famous director, Karan Johar who has been lucky for SRK in the past. This film has achieved international attention as it is going to be screened in the Berlin International Film festival starting from Feb 11th.

This movie is featured in many interviews and recently the stars of this movie were invited to ring the NASDAQ opening bell which got huge publicity in India. In an interview with Shahrukh Khan, he revealed that the movie is not about terrorism or WTC attacks .The movie speaks about the relationships between two people, between a man and a state, a man and a country. Shahrukh Khan added that this movie has everything from a love story to Islam and autism.

In the movie trailers, Shahrukh Khan is seen as an autistic individual. My Name is Khan is produced under Shahrukh Khan’s home production banner Red Chillies Entertainment, and Dharma Productions. The movie is to be released by FOXSTAR studios in India and FOX Searchlight worldwide. The songs of this movie are doing well too.
